Southfield Capital, a premier lower middle market private equity firm, announced today its partnership with Protos Security (“Protos” or the “Company”), a leading North American tech-enabled managed security services provider. The Company’s co-founders, Chris Copenhaver and Patrick Henderson, will remain in their existing leadership roles post-close.
