About Jeff Williamson, Ed.D.
Dr. Williamson currently serves at Olivet Nazarene University, as the Executive Director of Corporate Engagement. Before this assignment, he was the Dean of the School of Graduate & Continuing Studies at Olivet from 2010-2012.
Prior to his service at ONU, he was a Professor of Organizational Leadership and Associate Dean at the George Jetter School of Business at Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
A graduate of Olivet Nazarene University, he also holds a master’s degree in Speech Communication and a Doctor of Education degree (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership. In 2007, he completed certification at the Indiana University, Lily Family School of Philanthropy in Fundraising Management, and in 2008-09, was a post-doctoral student at The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business.
In addition, he is a Gallup-trained Strengths Coach, who is affiliated with Soar.com, a global strengths coaching and training platform.
In 2017, Dr. Williamson also founded CMG Group, which is an executive coaching and leadership development practice. He regularly teaches and speaks to business and industry on topics such as Discover Your Strengths, Building a Strengths-Based Organization, Coaching, Mentoring & Conflict Resolution, and Leadership.
