
The 2020 Regional SBIR Weeks are virtual, collaborative outreach efforts connecting entrepreneurs working on advanced technologies to the country’s largest source of early stage funding – the SBIR/STTR programs. Also known as America’s Seed Fund, the SBIR/STTR programs provide over $3.7 billion in funding to small businesses each year in a wide variety of technology areas.
The September 14 Virtual Panel Presentations will be followed by four, day-long one on one sessions hosted by a local organization. These sessions will provide attendees with an opportunity to hear directly from the participating federal agency program managers that administer over 5,500 new awards annually and to meet virtually one-on-one with program decision makers.
The SBIR Week in the Southeast includes participants from Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. After registering for the September 14 panel presentations, registrants will be contacted by to set up one on one appointments with your targeted federal agencies.

Sept. 18 — Virginia One-On-Ones with participating Federal SBIR Agency Representatives.
Registrants will be contacted by SBA reps to coordinate one on one appointments with participating federal agency representatives. Virginia based registrants will be given priority to sign up for Agency one on ones on Sept. 18. Note that registrants from North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia are encouraged to register through the
