Affordable and workforce housing projects have been slow to get off the ground in Virginia’s Opportunity Zones. However, there are regional and national stakeholders who have leveraged the program in creative ways and used OZ capital in their projects’ capital stacks. Join in a conversation featuring practitioners as they share the strategies utilized to overcome both expected and unexpected challenges in unlocking the OZ and affordable housing puzzle.
